We know tenants are supposed to take care of maintenance themselves but often don't. We work with landlords to tailor a plan that works for them. Usually it is a cheaper, faster visit that entails servicing the major equipment like the water heater, dryer duct, bathroom fans, cleaning hair out of drains, hvac filter etc. We will also send you a follow up message reporting what condition we found the space in and let you know about any issues we may have found.
